A resource hub with a network attached

Loan Resource Partners is operated by Sentinel Holdings I LLC. We publish consumer guidance about borrowing and run a partner network for the brokers and lenders who serve those borrowers. We are not a lender.

Why both halves

The guidance is not a wrapper around the referrals

Plenty of finance sites publish thin articles as scaffolding for a form. The writing exists to rank, the reader is treated as an obstacle between the search result and the submit button, and the actual decision they are trying to make goes unaddressed.

We built this the other way round. The guidance is the product. It is long, specific, and it includes the cases where the honest answer is that borrowing is not the right move — because a guide that cannot say that is not a guide.

The network works precisely because of that. Someone who has read a proper explanation of term length and total cost is a better person for a lending partner to talk to than someone who has read nothing at all. Both sides do better. That is the whole business case, and it only holds if the reading is genuinely useful.

Commitments

Four things we will be held to

Deliberately narrow. We would rather promise less and mean all of it.

We say what we are

Not a lender, not a bank, not a credit union. We do not originate, underwrite, service, or fund loans, we do not set rates or terms, and we make no credit decisions. Every one of those belongs to the lender you deal with, and no page here will imply otherwise.

No invented numbers, ever

No fabricated testimonials, no invented customer names, no research statistics we made up, no average-savings figures. If we cannot stand behind a number, it does not go on the page. This rules out most of the standard playbook, which is the point.

Partners pay, consumers do not

Our revenue comes from partners in the network. There is no consumer fee for reading, for an account, or for an introduction. We state this on both sides of the site because a model that has to be hidden from one side is not worth running.

Your information goes where you sent it

What you give us is shared with the partners you asked to be introduced to, so they can respond. We do not sell it into unrelated marketing lists. The privacy policy covers the detail, including deletion.

The limits

What we cannot do for you

We cannot get anyone approved. We have no influence over a lender's credit decision and no ability to appeal one. We cannot promise that an introduction produces an offer, or how many partners will respond, because that depends on which partners currently serve your profile in your state — and lender appetite moves for reasons that have nothing to do with you.

We are also not the whole market. Many good lenders, particularly local credit unions and community banks, do not work with networks at all. Using one is an efficient way to survey a slice of the market. It is not a reason to skip asking the institution you already bank with.

And we are not advisers. We publish general information, and we are paid by partners, which is exactly why we will not tell you whether to borrow. If that is the open question, a non-profit credit counselling agency will talk it through with you for free and has no stake in the answer.

What we can do is explain the mechanics clearly, tell you what to ask, and introduce you to partners whose criteria fit what you described. That is bounded and real, and it is what we build for.

Either side of the table

Read the guidance, or talk to us about the network. Both are free, and neither commits you to anything.

We are not a lender, bank, or credit union and we make no credit decisions. Nothing here is legal, tax, or financial advice.
