1. What this service is

Loan Resource Partners ("we", "us") is operated by Sentinel Holdings I LLC. We publish general consumer information about borrowing and operate a partner network. Where you ask us to, we introduce you to participating partners whose stated criteria your enquiry appears to fit.

2. What this service is not

We are not a lender, bank, credit union, or broker of record. We do not originate, underwrite, service, or fund loans. We do not set interest rates, fees, amounts, or terms, and we make no credit decisions of any kind. All of those are the exclusive responsibility of the lender you ultimately transact with.

We do not guarantee that you will be introduced to any partner, that a partner will contact you, that you will receive an offer, or that any offer will be on particular terms. An introduction is not an application for credit and is not an approval.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and a legal resident of the United States to use this service. You agree that information you submit is truthful, accurate, and complete, and that you submit it about yourself and not on behalf of another person without authority.

4. No consumer fee

We do not charge you for reading anything on this site, for a member account, or for an introduction. We are compensated by participating partners. That compensation may affect which partners participate in the network and the order in which they appear or are contacted. It does not change the information we publish about how the service works.

5. Consent to be contacted

Where you ask to be introduced to partners, you may agree to be contacted about that enquiry by us and by those partners, including by email, telephone, and SMS, and including through automated dialling or prerecorded messages where you have separately consented. Consent to receive marketing contact is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services or of obtaining credit. Message and data rates may apply. You may withdraw consent at any time as set out in the privacy policy.

6. Third-party relationships

Any loan or product you obtain is a transaction between you and the provider, governed entirely by their agreement with you. We are not a party to it. We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any partner's products, terms, conduct, or compliance, and we have no authority to alter, cancel, or resolve a dispute about an agreement between you and a lender. Disputes about a loan must be raised with that lender.

7. Information is general, not advice

Guides, articles, examples, and calculators on this site are general information for educational purposes. Any calculator output is an illustration based on figures you enter; it is not an offer, a quote, or a prediction, and it does not account for all costs. Nothing here is legal, tax, accounting, or personalised financial advice. Borrowing carries real cost and real risk, and higher-cost credit is not a long-term financial solution. Consider a qualified professional or a non-profit credit counselling agency before taking on debt.

8. Partner terms

If you participate in the network as a broker, lender, or service provider, you are additionally responsible for your own licensing, disclosures, and conduct under applicable federal and state law; for representing yourself and your products accurately; for honouring opt-out requests promptly; for using information passed to you only to respond to that enquiry and not reselling it; and for keeping your stated criteria current. Requesting advance fees from a consumer results in immediate removal from the network. Participation is at our discretion and may be ended at any time.

9. The member area

Any account area on this site is provided as a convenience and, in its current form, as a demonstration of the interface. Figures and rows shown in a dashboard are illustrative placeholders generated at page load and do not represent real enquiries, offers, balances, or lender decisions. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. We may suspend or remove an account at any time.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to submit false information, use the site to gather information about others, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, interfere with the site's operation, scrape or harvest content by automated means, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.

11. Intellectual property

Content, design, text, graphics, and code on this site are owned by Sentinel Holdings I LLC or its licensors and protected by applicable law. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. Any other reproduction or redistribution requires our written permission.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and service are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that information on it is complete or current.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sentinel Holdings I LLC and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the site or any interaction with a partner, whether based in contract, tort, or any other theory, even if advised of the possibility. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sentinel Holdings I LLC from any claim, loss, or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the site, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

15. Availability and state law

Partner products are not available in every state, and availability, rates, and terms are subject to applicable state and federal law. Nothing on this site is an offer to lend, an offer to contract, or a solicitation in any jurisdiction where it would be unlawful.

16. Changes and termination

We may modify these terms or any part of the site at any time. Changes are effective when posted and continued use means you accept them. We may suspend or discontinue the service without notice.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located there, except where applicable consumer protection law provides otherwise.
