A network built on explaining, not pressuring
For brokers, lenders, and financial service providers who would rather speak to someone who has already read something than to someone who clicked an advert ninety seconds ago.
Introductions to people who arrived by reading
Most of our traffic comes to a guide, not to a form. Someone comparing loan terms, working out whether consolidation makes sense, or checking what to fix on their credit file before applying is a different person from someone who saw an advert and reacted to it.
They ask better questions, they arrive with realistic expectations, and they have generally already worked out what they are trying to solve. That is the entire proposition, and we would rather state it narrowly than dress it up.
A short list
- Licensed lenders with clearly defined criteria
- Brokers who work a file properly rather than at volume
- Credit unions and community lenders wanting reach without a media team
- Non-profit counselling services we can refer people to
If your model depends on volume over fit, we are the wrong network and the conversation will be short.
Four things, described plainly
No dashboards full of vanity metrics, no promises about volume we cannot control.
Criteria-based routing
You tell us the states you are licensed in, the amounts you write, the credit bands you serve, income floors, and any purposes you exclude. We check every enquiry against that before it reaches you. If it does not fit, you never see it, and you are never asked to pay for it.
Consent and disclosure handled at the source
Consent language, the disclosure that we are not a lender, and the record of what a person agreed to and when are all captured on our side and passed with the enquiry. Compliance is your responsibility as much as ours, and we would rather hand you a clean record than an argument.
Context, not just contact details
An introduction arrives with what the person told us they are trying to do — the purpose, the amount, the timeline, and which guidance they were reading. Your first conversation starts somewhere useful instead of at the beginning.
A named contact
You get a person who knows your criteria and can change them when your appetite changes. Not a ticket queue, and not a form that goes into the same inbox as everything else.
What we ask of partners
These are conditions of participation, not preferences. They exist because the consumer side of this site is the reason the partner side works at all.
Represent yourself accurately
Be clear about who you are, what you are licensed to do, and what you are offering. Do not present a quote as an approval or a preliminary figure as a final one.
Honour opt-outs promptly
If someone tells you to stop contacting them, stop. You hold your own record of the enquiry, so an opt-out with us does not remove you from the obligation.
No advance-fee arrangements
Any partner asking a consumer for money up front to release a loan is removed from the network immediately and without discussion. There is no version of this we tolerate.
Keep your criteria current
Stale criteria waste your time and the consumer's. Tell us when your appetite changes and we will update the routing the same day.
Handle data properly
Information passed to you is for responding to that enquiry. It is not raw material for unrelated marketing lists, and it is not yours to resell.
Comply, fully and on your own
You are responsible for your own licensing, disclosures, and conduct under applicable federal and state law. We hand you a clean record; what you do next is yours.
The part most networks are vague about
Partners pay for introductions that meet the criteria they set. Consumers pay nothing, at any stage, for anything — not to read, not to create an account, not to be introduced. We say this on the consumer side of the site as well, because a business model that has to be hidden from one side of the transaction is not one worth running.
We do not sell the same enquiry into open marketing lists, and we do not operate a model where volume is the only measure. A partner receiving introductions they cannot use stops paying for them, which makes careless routing a bad business decision as well as a bad one for the consumer.
Pricing, volumes, and terms are agreed individually, because they depend on your criteria, your states, and what you can actually service. There is no published rate card and we will not pretend there is one.
Talk to us about joining
Tell us what you write, where you are licensed, and what a good enquiry looks like to you. If there is a fit we will say so, and if there is not we will say that too.
