Last updated 1 January 2026. Covers loanresourcepartners.com, operated by Sentinel Holdings I LLC.

1. Who we are

Loan Resource Partners is a consumer information service and partner network operated by Sentinel Holdings I LLC, 1613 Evans Ave #530, Cheyenne, WY 82001. We are not a lender and we make no credit decisions. Questions about this policy go to [email protected].

2. What we collect

Information you provide. When you contact us or ask to be introduced to a partner, that may include your name, email address, phone number, postal address or ZIP code, the amount and purpose you are considering, your self-reported credit range, and approximate income. If you write to us as a broker or lender, we collect your business contact details and the criteria you give us. If you create a member account we store your name, email address, and a one-way cryptographic hash of your password — never the password itself.

Collected automatically. Server logs record IP address, browser type, referring page, pages viewed, and timestamps. We use a session cookie so you stay signed in, and may use limited analytics to understand which guidance is being read.

What we do not ask for. We do not collect your full Social Security number, bank account or card numbers, or account credentials on this site. A lender may need some of that later, on their own systems. Please do not send it to us.

3. Why we use it

  • To answer messages you send us.
  • To introduce you to partners whose stated criteria fit what you described, where you have asked us to do that.
  • To operate the partner network, including matching enquiries to partner criteria.
  • To run your member account.
  • To operate and secure the site, including fraud and abuse prevention.
  • To send you information where you have agreed to receive it or where it relates to an enquiry you made.
  • To meet legal, regulatory, and record-keeping obligations.

4. Who we share it with

Network partners. Where you ask to be introduced, the information in your enquiry is shared with the partners it is routed to so they can respond. Once a partner holds your information they process it under their own privacy policy, which we do not control. To be removed from a partner's records you must contact that partner directly; we cannot delete data from their systems.

Service providers. Hosting, email delivery, analytics, and security vendors process data on our behalf under contract and only for purposes we specify.

Legal and corporate. We may disclose information where required by law or valid legal process, to protect our rights, safety, or property, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

What we do not do. We do not sell your information into general-purpose marketing lists unrelated to the enquiry you made.

5. Marketing and withdrawing consent

Where you ask to be introduced to partners, you may agree to be contacted about that enquiry by us and by those partners, by email, telephone, or SMS, including with automated technology where you have separately consented to it. Consent to marketing contact is never a condition of using this site or of obtaining credit. Withdraw it at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email, by replying STOP to an SMS, by telling a caller directly, or by emailing us. Withdrawing with us does not withdraw it with a partner who already holds your enquiry.

6. Cookies

A session cookie keeps you signed in to a member account. Functional cookies remember interface preferences. Any analytics cookies measure aggregate usage. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; blocking session cookies will stop the member area working.

7. Retention

Enquiry and contact records are kept for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal and regulatory record-keeping requirements, then deleted or anonymised. Member accounts are kept until you ask us to close them. Server logs are kept on a short rolling window for security purposes.

8. Your rights

You may ask us to confirm what personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for marketing. Depending on where you live you may have additional statutory rights, including state-law rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of certain sharing. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising them.

Email [email protected] with enough detail for us to find your record. We may need to verify your identity first.

9. Security

We use technical and organisational measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data, including encryption in transit and hashed password storage. No system is perfectly secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted over the internet.

10. Children

This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Third-party sites

Links to partners and other third parties lead to sites governed by their own privacy policies and terms. We are not responsible for their practices and we encourage you to read them.

12. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated policy.

Reminder: Loan Resource Partners is not a lender and does not make credit decisions. See the terms of use for the full description of the service.
